If you are after customer service do not use Admiral Blinds - Trevor Wilson.
We were told it would take 4 weeks for our shutter to be installed after the measurements were made and it took 3 months. On several occassions we were told "next week" only to contact Admiral blinds and told "another week".
They would never contact us, and it was up to use to chase them for an update.
Having said that we are happy with the shutters - but not the time taken to install the shutter or the lack of customer service in terms of updating the customer with and "honest" status of the shutters.
