I was a newly married man who just bought our first home. It was a 1700ft single story home built in 1929. We hired Baltz construction out of turlock, California under my father in laws advice to do considerable amount of work. We had the entire house floor removed and replaced with new tile, carpet or refinished hardwood. The bottom line is Baltz is only one man who hired his brother to tile kitchen, sunroom and bathroom and the job was horrendous, a complete nightmare! Baltz also botched the plumbing to a new cast iron and pewter sliper clawfoot tub. I wish I took pictures to show you people but I was too furious. During his time working on my home, Baltz was very disrespectful and very condensending and even mocked me thinking he was being sly and I would not catch on to his undertones. After three months and renting my apartment for an additional two, the work was finally contracted to several established professionals and I learned a valuable lesson!
