My mother's boyfriend has used AT&T for his wireless provider for some time now so they have his credit card information on file. His daughter is also on the account and because of the high cost of her phone bill he had decided to switch plans to another company. But, before he could do this AT&T had, without his authorization, withdrawn money from his bank account. He was not sure why since he had already paid this month's bill. When he called to complain he was told that part of the money had been taken out to pay a bill, and the rest- $55.00, was taken out to pay the next month's bill and that he could not be get it back.
Unacceptable.
