All in all 'Bensons Locksmiths' in Alexandria, Sydney lost something of mine that was irreplaceable. Having said that, I am also of the mind that people make mistakes and that is that.
However, when dealing with 'Bensons Locksmiths' in Alexandria, Sydney what I didn't expect was that I was going to be treated in an aggressive, defensive and bullying manner. That was what was shocking and ultimately the reason I decided to write about this at all.
I was the only person in the store when this disagreement was occurring and at one point I realised that two other men had emerged from the back of the establishment to aggressively/defensively make comment on my bewilderment and disagreement with their poor service. I have to add, that this attempt to intimidate me was completely unsuccessful.
Basically, what I wanted plain and simply, was an apology, to just be told, we don't understand what's occurred and where sorry you were inconvenienced. That's it. If that had occurred I wouldn't be writing this. However, because that didn't occur I am putting this forward as a reminder to anyone wanting keys, locks etc, and if you require respectful 'good service' and don't want to be intimidated or bullied if things go wrong, don't go to 'Bensons Locksmiths, Alexandria, Sydney'.
