I have recently visited the KFC store at corner of North Lake Road and Canning Highway in Alfred Cove Western Australia. I was bitterly disappointed with the quality of the chicken served. The pieces have suddenly become smaller and are nearly meatless, overcooked and dr;y. You opened the box and you did not have the quality of produce that has in past years been a draw card to KFC. Where once you would have succulent chicken pieces you now have dry bones with crunch which is so dry it is agony to eat. The chips also were way below par. I would like to say that this is Australia and we are used to having plump juicy chicken. I cannot complain about the services jus the produce. I will not be going to a KFC store again.
