Catering on the move (Victoria, Australia)

I called this organisation on their toll free number 3 times and left 3 messages over 2 weeks to place an urgent catering order. All 3 times I indicated that this order was urgent and when this order was for. As I was not getting any calls back I finally sent an email to their address and then I finally received a call back to be advised they were fully booked. Could their message service not advise me of this at the time?

I sent them an email advising I was not happy with their service and that I was disappointed and would not be using their service again to which I got a reply 'U don't have to!'.

Extremely unprofessional.
