Active Attractions (Queensland, Australia)
i had booked bouncy boxing with active attractions for my birthday over a month in advance, then two days before my party they ring me and tell me that it's broken and that i can have a poor alternative with a crap 50 dollars off!! i'm so annoyed as i've let everyone know i will have bouncy boxing and no time to even arrange an alternative. i think because they know that my options with hiring an item like this on such short notice is hard which is why they couldn't be bothered offereing something that would make me feel a little better about being screwed over!!!
