Domino's Pizza (Queensland, Australia)

I noticed a recurring theme with Domino's. I place an order online on Melbourne cup night, the cost was a little over$37. I rang the store after and hour had elapsed and they told me it was on its way. after another half hour I rang the store again and was told that it was just being sent from the store. Another half our passes and I ring again and told that its on its way(same old story). If they told exactly what was happening that would have been fine, at that time I asked to cancel my order and was told that it would be no problem. The delivery driver rings me half hour later telling me that he is about to leave the store and I inform him that the order was cancel. I recieved my bank statement and sure enough they have charged me, I too have sent several requests for a refund and noone has the curtsey to respond.
