I ordered two pizza's from Domino's (online service), a bubble did pop up before I ordered telling me they were upgrading their website - that should have gone off in my head like alarm bells... but I was babysitting and needed a quick fix.
I tap in my order (all up the total came to $27 or so) I press the check out and... my order refuses to process at this time, which is fine, consumer's market - I'll take my business elsewhere, but I check on Commbank NetBank to find Domino's DID process my order, in that, it happily taken that $27 dollars from my Visa (just sans the actual pizza). I've called Domino's once now, I've written three feedback messages and four days later... still NOTHING. Avoid Domino's Pizza online service, no acknowledgment, no enquirers back, zero communication, terrible customer service.
(FYI, I don't think my order was lost in the mix of a busy Saturday night - I ordered on a Monday afternoon).
If Domino's is reading this, go through your alleged "feedback" system, I'll be there, and I'll continue writing until something happens.
