I placed an internet order Friday night and payment was taken from my credit card. I was phoned shortly after and told that the Domino’s store in Mandurah doesn’t deliver to my area any more, my order would be cancelled and my money refunded. No apology and no offer to collect the order myself so I agreed and hung up. I phoned back Saturday as the money had not been returned, and the staff member who answered the phone (after discussing in the background with the Manager I assume) told me that those refund transactions are done at the end of the week and I should have my money back by Sunday – which Sunday I do not know and neither did she. The money is still not back in my account today three days later. I am absolutely furious at the level of customer service I have received. If I had consumed their pizza and not paid them for a week I’m sure they wouldn’t be happy. I'm going there tonight and will refuse to leave until they have paid me!!
