Edible Blooms (New South Wales, Australia)

2008-05-12

I ordered from edible blooms for my mother and mother in law for mothers day. The delivery was due to arrive on Friday the 9-5-08. i had never ordered from this company before, so when it started to get a little late i thought i should call and confirm my delivery. i called the 1300 number where i spoke to a very pollite young lady who told my that my order would be there soon.
around 40mins later my order arrived, and to my dismay there was only one item. i spoke to the courier driver who showed me his paper work which stated "QTY 1".
i called the 1300 number again but this time they were busy and it went to answering machine. i left my details and explained what happened, no one called back! i callede again, when i explained what happened the response i got was "woops, we only processed it as one, sorry. we will send it out tomorrow. Saturday is my only day off from work, so i sat at home all day and waited....and waited...and waited. Nothing came! This morning i called the company..no appolopy was given and no reason as to why it had happened, just a quick and simple "we'll give you a refund" i am being refunded for the price of the gift, but not delivery?
I would advise anyone who is going to order through this company to make the delivery date at least 2 weeks before it's needed, or you'll end up like me; Stuck searching for a gift at last minute and paying twice the price!!
