In early Jan of 09 my husband an I happen to choose to eat at KFC at Collanedes Nourlunga and were totally disgusted at the service we and about 4 other couples received. We ordered a dnner for 2 and when our order arrived we found that we had been served chicken that looked like it had been cooke at least a ouple of times. Burntt. When we took it back the staff replaced our meal ut we still got the same type of burnt chicken.
When questioned about this, the supervisor could only shake her head at me and another one called me rude. Now for a pensioner $15/- is a bit much but the rudeness was unbeliveable. We would like something done about this.
The supervisor concerned clearly along with her staff need to be retrained in customer service and also how to cook golden brown chicken that has been KFC trademark for as long as I can remember. Not happy KFC
