Recently ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to a funeral parlor. The arrangement I payed for was called "Plum Crazy". They delivered an ugly 1/2 the size arrangement that was not even close to what I ordered. I was standing at the casket when they delivered the flowers and was mortified. They were very matter of fact and unapologetic.
