My 19 year old daughter had a car accident and needed some parts for her car. I rang Terrace Wreckers , Raymond terrace who were very helpful but unable to provide what I needed. However they recommended that I ring A1 Spares at Carrington NSW, and ask for Daryl. My writing is poor when i am in a hurry .. So i rang the number telling them I needed to speak to Darren. Told him I was referred to them. Was Corrected on name. Then proceeded to tell him that I needed a guard , light and mirror for my daughters car. He then shocked me with telling me I sounded like a nasty cow who sits on the phone all day. I told him I was in customer service :) Yes you must work for telstra he said. Unflinching I told him that I am a service supervisor for a local supermarket. To those that read this complaint I would like to say that I have achieved 100% customer service recognition in the past 8 months 3 times by assessment. So why am I complaining I think any company that would answer your call with an insult , name calling and insinuating about who you must be. Needs to be retrained and personally I would be disgusted to think someone would run a company like this. I am very offended will look into this further however today I must use this company to meet my daughters needs , she is a uni student and cannot afford to go elsewhere . After this I will be looking for the owner of the company to see if he knows what lousy phone ettiquette the workers are providing at A1 Spares Carrington,NSW
