I bought 2 recliners cash, was told they would be delivered in 3 weeks, I changed my mind, didnt want to wait that long, requested refund, was told initially at sale they could refund me immediatley, then was told I would have to wait 7-10 days, 7-10 days passed and no refund, I called they said it had not been processed, they stated they "messed this one up", then was told it would arrive on Monday, Monday morning I called to make sure it was done, they said they mailed it to my home, days later it never arrived, I called again and they said they would have to stop pay, and send another check, it has been over 15 days and I have not received my refund, for which I paid cash for, this is ridiculous, I will never shop there again, their customer service was the worst i have ever encountered
