Tried to get bank of america to work with us because falling behind and there answer was we're closing your account and no you must pay the payment that is due. I asked them to please work with me and there answer was still no, i said ok, thanks for nothing and hung up. then the collect calls started and i told them i didn't have the money and asked again for their help to pay a lesser amount and still no! finally someone called and was very understanding, i didn't get his name, my fault, explained what was happening and we also were expecting some money and hope to be able to catch up, said he understood and would call me in a few weeks and i said ok, well they lowered our credit limit and put us over the credit limit and added the late fees, they refuse to work with you and not only that but laugh at you, i was so mad that i told them to get f---------. bank of america, i will let everyone that will listen tell them the kind of business you operate and the type of workers you have working for you
