Bellevue Community College charges more for official transcript then any other school i know of---more then SPSCC, SPU, etc. to make things worse they also give you poor service----I got free transcripts from SPSCC, and they got here in 3 days from much farther away.....BCC charges liek 29 per transcript, and it took them from Dec. 5th till January 6th to get here. What is wrong with America?
