My complaint with Carol's Daughter is the fact that I written an e-mail, instead of calling, (which is more economical and convenient, re: time differences) to inquire about the costs of shipping & handling a productin which I wanted to order from USA to Australia and the company didn't even have the courtesy of replying to my e-mail. However, this company still has the nerve to continue to send me approx 4-6 e-mails per week advertisng and trying to sell me their products! Needless to say, I don't open their e-mails and put them straight to the "junk" folder. It's a shame because I hear so many great things about their natural care products.
