Carseldine Bathroom and Kitchen (Nu Bathroom) The customer service from this store is so terrible I considered sacrificing my deposit and getting my goods elsewhere. I renovated my bathroom in November 2008. I had all the materials ordered by late August, with the promise that they will be ready for the first week in November when we had the builder booked for 3 weeks. One week before November, we get a call, "we lost your order". Okay, I can deal with that, mistakes happen. I tell them my order again, ask them when it will be ready. They say ready by next week. No problem. Next week comes around, everything is ready except the shower screen (I pay for everything except shower screen). Ok, its the last thing to install we have some time. "When will it be ready?" "Next week" No problem. 2 weeks later, we are ready for shower screen. I call them, Shower screen not ready. "When will it be?" "End of the week" I'm annoyed they didn't call me but ok, end of the week I can live with. End of the week, Its not there. (waiting on a supplier they tell me) "When?" "Next week" Next week comes. No shower screen. No call from them to tell me so I call them. "Where is it?" "Not here" "When?" "December" "Builder goes end of this week" "Won't be in by then" I explained to them that I will now be out of pocket because they messed up. "We will install it for free" OK, I am annoyed but happy with solution. "When?" "December" No contact from them. I ring them JANUARY 6th. "What is going on?" "Yeah, coming in next week" "When was someone going to call me?" "Sorry, forgot." (NEVER) Product arrived week after (they called me, first time ever). Install date set up, end of January. (Its been 3 months since original delivery date) Tradesman arrives with product to install. Its the wrong product!!!! I rang them and lost my ability to speak calmly with them. They got the right product and installed it later that afternoon The VERY NEXT DAY, they were calling (second time) for us to pay them. Ridiculous customer service. It makes my blood boil just walking past the shop at Carseldine
