Ciandi's ad in the local chronicle states "where our customers count" either I don't count or its just false advertisement. Cindy, owner of alocal salon where I made an appointment to treat myself to a much neede hair cut,color and style. She never once asked me what I was trying to do that day she juswt ASSUMED I was going for the same old same ol as usual. She raked throgh my hair with abrush when it was crunchy and hard from mouse, went and mixedmy color when I spoke up and said I wouldliketo try something different, something dramatic. Annoyed she goes and mixes up some cooper color. While doing my foil she answered the phone twice,although I always get a machine{should of known better when she never returned my call from the previous week} she stopped to sell another customer hair products, washed my hair with cool water, told me she was gonnaleave me under the dryer for ten minutes and colored another ladies head 25 min later she laughinly asked if I were hot. YOU DAMN RIGHT I WAS HOT. I had her remove the conditioning treatment and told her I wouldpay for the color and shampoo. She wlike whats wrong? Thought you wanted your hair cut, I got allmy supplies out. I wanted to say yeah 2 hours ago but I think you got too much going on to cut my hair, The color isnot dramatic, my own mother or children didnt even notice. BAD SERVICE. II wish I wouldnt of paid her but will NEVER go back and will let everybody know how she treated me. My feelings aretruly hurt for that also hurt my pocket book and willtake months to afford to treat myself again. Thanks alot Cindy for your horrible customer service and for not treating me the way you did the other lady. No wonder every co worker you get leaves. IM sure its just them. If your so busy and short handed I wouldva went troBrandy. Anyway I hope you really needed that money to rip somebody offlike that.
