Arctic Air Conditioning (Queensland, Australia)
Arctic Air Conditioning of Brendale Queensland installed a split system air conditioner for us in 2004 and charged us $700 to do so. Now in 2009 the air conditioner has stopped making cold air and needs to be looked at, we naturally returned to the installer for service. After three weeks and numerous phone calls to them, they have failed to show up or return calls.
