After I gave 3 full weeks notice to vacate rental property, had to wait 2 months for bond refund. Ellenbrook First National didn't even bother to get water meter read for 2 weeks after I had handed the keys back and a new tenant had been residing for a period of time. When I phoned about bond they always blame the water board taking too long to send the account. Funny though, when I spoke to water board they confirm they didn't even get advice to do reading for 2 weeks after I hand in keys. When I speak to Ellenbrook First National about how long it takes for bond to be refunded I get quote 'honey, I takes a long time to get a bond back!' Ellenbrook First National took advantage of the fact that I was now out of the state. Considering the house was handed back in perfect condition, spotless, with no deductions to bond, this is unacceptable! Ellenbrook First National, you look after your best interest only. You manipulate tenants to suite yourselves. After choosing a house to rent that was perfect for my family, you wouldn't let me sign a lease till I arrived at your office 1 week later. Funny that suddenly that house was not available when I got there, and oh how convenient, one of your own houses owned by one of your sales reps is just so happens free. This box was crap with nothing to offer. Not one spot of shade out back. The box is built on a large football oval of grass, right up to back door, which took massive water to keep alive. Because of hot dry, weather with lack of rain the lawns took considerable effort to keep green. Real thought gone in here with Perth's water problems. Stinking carpets, because previous tenants kept 2 dogs inside. Even dog hair in kitchen sink drain, which neighbours confirmed the dogs had their baths in sink. Not to mention the cat urine stink in bedroom 1. How would you like to wash your dishes in a sink where dogs had their buts washed. Anyway what goes around, comes around. I hope soon you get the tenants from hell who trash your box and give you a run for your money. I hope the lawns are dead now to. Its disgusting how you manipulate and lie to tenants, all in the name of the almighty dollar. Its dishonest people like yourselves that makes the public hate real estate agents. You women came across to us a pack of bitchy snakes.
