I first asked once when our pool was going to be finished and was sent a letter telling me to not constantly harrass the company about completion.Then the pool was found to be out of level, probably my fault as I had built a retaining wall around the pool area but the company used the no works within 10 metres clause in the fine print to say it was my fault.I can accept it may have been my problem but what followed was letters from them stating that I was specifically told not to do this, that I ignored their instructions and mentions of phone calls that never took place.As soon as this problem came up the company seemed to go into prepare for litigation mode .Whatever the cause of this problem I have found them to be arrogant, rude and terrible to deal with, I wont do it again.
