My Complaint was made to Kardella Kreations - They did my wedding Invitations..I ordered 30 White Bramble Invitations with the RSVP and it came to the cost of just over $166, I eagerly awaited my invitations, when they arrived by courier i opened the box and noticed that the white Bramble wasnt in there, I was quick to get on the phone and advised them that there was no brambles in my package, only the plain invitations...They checked the order and advised me that they would need to consult the person who packed the order but they wernt in today they were on sickleave...I thought why should I have to wait for that person, I need my invitations. Anyway they called me the next day and as I was at a funeral I left my phone at home but called them when i got home, I spoke to the manager again (Some male) and he had said we have sent it by express post, I asked him to double check that it was express post as he didnt sound confident, he put me on hold and came back and said no its standard post...I asked him why cant he send express post when it was there mistake...He said Ive given you nothing but perfect service and i responded, if it was perfect I wouldnt be having this conversation with you. The manager also said he tried calling me but i never answered and i responded that i was at the funeral, his response was well i tried, All i asked for was a simple appology or some empathy, but what i got was rude, unhelpful and very disgusting customer service.
