NEVER buy a product from KENWOOD ELECTRONICS ! Their customer service is non-existent. Try calling their "customer service" line and you will receive a recorded message. They NEVER return your phone calls or e-mails. I have a car stereo which doesn't work, and is still under warrenty. I returned it, and after many weeks they returned the same broken unit back to my address. They claim it does work, but I have had the unit independently tested and it has been found to be a dud. (product is less than 6 months old). After many attempts to reach them by phone and also by e-mail, they simply do not get back to you. Now it is just a matter of reporting their crap service to the A.C.C.C.
