We had our car in to get the brakes done and after being told it would only be 2hrs, I had to wait 4 and when they gave me the car back they had threaded and broken one of the wheel nuts, and didn't bother to tell me, let alone repair their error. And as I only had 2 new tyres fitted to the car a week before hand we know that it was definately not a pre-existing condition. I did get an apology for the time delay but there was no extension of regard to the wheel nut that they broke...was put into the too hard basket..
