I have tried to apply to the University of Washington for their BSN program. Both the application to admissions adn the school of nursing is so full of incomplete duplicates, unneccessary expesnes it is absurd----I actually believe they make things unneccsarily comp;licated jsut to weed out applicants. Everything is in triplicates, but each request has differences---for example---two slightly different addresse are given by the Office of admissions on two different forms. Also, when i made a mistake in my application----no one was working on anything from decmber 20th till january----thigns just shut down. The office of admissions subcontracvts to collegenet---so when i made a mistake in my application, collegenet----just defferred me back to the UW---nobody was taking responsibility. Anyways, basically the problem is that the website is convoluted, with triplicates of everything, so you're never sure what to follow, or in what order---you have to print everything all out----and create your own list of to do's and in what order-----it doesn't help that the nursing department constantly says one mistake in your applciation disqualifies you----but then they maek things unneccesarily complciated-----community colleges do a better job of nursing applciations then the UW.
