I just wish to warn people about this computer store located in Queen Street which I would clear steer of if thinking about servicing their computer. Last year I took my computer into the store for a simple memory upgrade and tune up. Basically it took over a week to finally receive my computer back and when I did they had wiped most of my hard drive. I lost most of my data including 5 years worth of email addresses as I had to install all software again. They ended up sending out a technician to my house in an attempt to recover the data which didn't seek to resolve much. Basically trying to cover their asses and look like they had done the right thing. They also didn't offer me any financial incentive for lose of my data and time given the computer was out of action for over a week. Keep away!!!!
