AT&T (LAWRENCEVILLE, Georgia, United States)

2011-09-08

I called AT&T on August 17 because I just moved into a new house. I needed to transfer my service. They told me I would have phone service on the 24. I call back on the 24 to see why I wasn't having phone service. They then postponed it to the 26. At this point I was frustrated. To realize I don't have service on the 26, I called back once more to hear the date of September 1. The rudeness of this representative was unbearable. Frustratingly,I HAD NO SERVICE ON THAT DAY! Calling back again, postponed to the 6. No service. WOW. They said I never ordered service. Now I have to waitd until the 19th. I have called 27 times to ATT in the past month regarding this issue. 27 phone calls times that by 15 minutes each of waiting is 405 minutes wasted of my life, and all they give me is a $100 dollar Visa card. That 405 minutes doesn't include the time talking to the representatives. Thats Are you kidding me? I went overtime on my cell phone by 2 hours. That's 20 cents a minute, making it 24 dollars. So your giving me 76 dollars for my time wasted? That's pathetic. I will never recommend ANYONE to ATT due to the poor customer service.
