This is to certify that Steven Lee technician from Accord Antenna Service has been required to install a digital antenna in our home at 10 Rutherford Street, Blacktown, 2148 NSW on 21/01/2008.
Accidentally, while the work was performed in our attic, Steven damaged the great room’s ceiling; however we cannot provide the exact details of this accident as we were not in the attic, with him at the time. We only heard a noise and then saw the hole in our ceiling.
Please be informed that we only bought our new house (3 years old) on the 19th of January 2008.
Steven has then advised us to require some quotations for these repairs and we have contacted Wayne Kenny from Creative Plasterboard Linings, a specialist in repairing ceilings and painting. This quotation has been provided to Steven.
We are unhappy because our holiday is finished and we cannot have other days off from work. However, Wayne is willing to start on the job next Saturday, on the 2nd of February which suits us best as Saturdays are our only free days. However since then Steven did not contact us and we have paid for the damaged he caused $170 and we will need a ceiling paint as well.
What we should do as Steven does not get involve to solve this isue out.
Your help in clarifying this would be much appreciated .
