l would like all men out there to know that the AMI are scamers. They make you feel more less of a man then you already feel. wanting so badly to fix my situation l was taken for a ride costing me 3000. And now knowing that they gave me an anti depressents that l could have got from my local doctor. they where pushy and very unhelpfull when l called them about being unsatisfied, saying they have other this for me to try. [spend more money] they mean. l dont really know what to do as my 2year contract says l have to try all thier other options. l dont want to do this with advise from my local doctor. If there is some way of helping me, any information or other complaints
My horror story begun after 1 week of receiving the product. It soon became apparent that I had a prostate/urinary problem and soon had this fixed by a GP. I contacted AMI and told them of my problem and ask that all treatment be stopped on the advise of my doctor. With that I got my medical side all in order and went back to work. I work away from home for up to 2 weeks with no contact with the outside world. On my return I found on my bank statement that AMI had still taken money out of my account. I contacted them and was told that they needed a letter from my GP to cancel. I returned to the GP and got a letter explaining my problem and faxed it to them.
I then returned to work for another week. On returning I contacted them to see if they had received my fax. They could not tell me on that day and said they would call back. 2 weeks go by and plenty of calls to AMI and still no confirmation on my fax. Meanwhile another payment is stolen from my account. So I have paid over $600 for one small bottle of magic potion number 9 that was never used in full.
I contact them again and by now my service have gone from bad to worse. This has been going on since March. They refuse to put me through to a supervisor and have even attempted to use other salesmen to pretend to be a supervisor. I could go on but at this moment I am at my wits end. After speaking to them today for over an hour I have heard it all. They now claim that because I used the product 3 times that is 3 nights 6 squirts of the nasal spray they have cured me and I should pay. This is out right theft. As the last bloke said go to your GP. Contact the ACC.
These mongrels know that no man will go to ACA with a complaint. They are vultures.
Up date.
Be warned. If you have agreed to a direct debit with Advanced Medical Institute you cannot stop them from taking money from your account unless you go to the bank and physically close it. Because you authorize them to direct debit from your account on a set day once a month they are the only ones who can cancel. I have had over $800.00 taken from account with out my knowledge. I have also found out that if you are in another state besides NSW where they are based you are going to have a bit of trouble getting them to stop. My advise go to the Police. I am.
