I travelled on a flight from Milano -Dubai on AZ748 on October 7 in business class. Although the flight is supposed to be a non-smoking flight - there was a constant smell of smoke throughout most of the journey. I complained to the cabin crew since the smell was so strong for so long.... What concerned me was the apparent lack of follow up? The lack of the smoke detector not going off when the person/s smoking were smoking in the bathrooms, and finally the fact that the crew did not seem too perturbed about the situation, and treated me a little hostile, which I found quite unacceptable. After reaching Dubai airport and going outside to collect a taxi, was it a coincidence that I noticed several cabin crew lighting up cigarettes???? From a very unhappy customer.
