Our Story

In early February 2009 we called for a quote & date of collection.

Then once they had the job (& sadly our merchandise) we were held to ransom.

They felt it reasonable to:

- Deliver our goods late
- Increase the quoted price &
- Refuse to hand over any goods unless we paid cash upfront

Very unprofessional & we won't be using them again.

I hope this complaint improves their future conduct in business.
