These geniuses measured our windows, and then delivered flyscreens that were too small for the windows - gaps in the frame. Two of the flyscreens have already popped out, and they've only been on for 6 weeks - worse yet - we live on the third floor of an apartment complex!! Seriously not happy!!

Alsafe Security... where do I start?

- Installation was a month later than indicated.
- Measurements of the screens were wrong - so when they were finally installed, I still had to wait.
- Wrong product delivered on 3 windows despite me triple checking.
- Guy doing the installation turned up in searing heat with his 2 kids so I had 2 bored, hot and hungry children hanging around my house for over 4 hours. He never mentioned them until the end. Never asked if it was ok and yet there they were hanging around my house, walking through the house.
- No drop sheet was put down to protect my newly polished floor, so either the guy or his kids scraped my freshly polished floors.
- When I complained the excuse was the staff member was going through a divorce. No apology.
- When they came back I was firstly told there was nothing they could do about my damaged floor.
- Out of 9 screens and doors, only 2 were put on correctly.
- I asked to speak to the manager several times, no calls have been made, they will not tell me who I can contact.
- They are refusing to lodge an insurance claim on my floor until I have paid. How ridiculous.
- I still have 1 'security' door that will not lock - their solution was for me to find another locksmith to fix it.
- I also have another window that will not open.
- They are implying that I am a scammer and that I want to evade payment.

All I want is windows that open, doors that lock and to be able to speak to their manager about my experience. Trish is not interested in resolving any of my issues and has been outright rude. The customer service is laughable

We have also had identical poor service as the other complaints I have read about alsafe security products. Massive delays in getting our screens, quotes that changed daily, poor workmanship (our windows would not open after installation of screens!!!) and the worst conflict resolution skills I have encountered in my life, no joke.

We had a total of 7 visits to install, correct, reinstall, recorrect our screens, and an attitude of gee we are wonderful, we are doing you such a favour in coming back and fixing your windows that don't open.

I would rather stick pins in my eye than have any future dealings with alsafe security, STAY WELL AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sales person promised a 2-day turnaround to have security mesh fitted to existing security door. Phoned on day 5 and told won't be ready until the following week. Alsafe made no effort whatsoever to acknowledge or rectify problem. Attitude was that salesman shouldn't have promised 2day turnover and that was that. Wouldn't give me manager's name to lodge formal complaint.

We ordered two security doors from ALsafe back in September. We were promised a four week turn-around and the price was heavily reduced if we signed on the spot so we paid a deposit.
As of November 21st we're still waiting, and despite calling each week and being promised 'yes, next week', we're still waiting.
But more insulting than any of this poor service is the attitude of 'Fran' in the office who was so rude to me - on two seperate occassions - that she left me furious. Sounds like the entire sales and 'customer services' team needs a lesson in good manners and dealing with the public.
I'm appalled and would not recommend them to anyone else.
Oh, and the quote they gave us was wrong, too. Nice job.
