This is the Cust Svc issue I raised with Apple for not recieving the 400+ songs I purchased - a very clear explanation. Notice the response I received that has nothing at all to do with my issue and denied any assistance for about a $500 error on the company's part.

I have purchased a lot of music and have it in the history, but it only allows me to retrieve my latest purchase and not anything from previous purchases.(about 400+ songs) I am really frustrated that you have records of me buying music and I can't access it. I would really appreciate it if this can be resolved quickly. I printed out a list of all my purchases and am actually in a Apple store as I am typing this. Again, please respond ASAP so I can buy a new iPod and load it up.
