I purchased pool Aqua Star pool lights from this company six or seven years ago and continually had problems with them filling with water so I replaced them with the same brand - but an updated version. By the next season half of my lights were again not operating due to being full of water. I contacted the Head office and they suggested that I replace the whole system - wiring and light housing.
The design of the light housing has changed three times at least since I originally bought the lights which in itself is an admission that the original was not up to scratch - with another update about to be released.
Why doesn't the company support a customer by supplying relevent parts instead of putting out their hands for another almost $1000 plus installation say another $1000.
