I have just purchased a small investment unit, and have signed a managing agreement with Arnold Property in late December. The service has been unprofessional and, at times, rude, and I am having great difficulty getting a competent service from them. Damage not included on the property report, giving prospective tenants the wrong address for my property, only 3 applications in four weeks, not consulting with me or answering my questions. It sometimes takes 5 days to get a reply to some of my emails. I am very unhappy with the service, and wish to end the agreement but they insist I stay with them for the 60 days written in the agreement. I would certainly not recommend them.
