This past week I was at Asia Bistro/Zen Bistro and I had never been called "ridiculous" by a manager of a business before that day. There was a mistake with our bill, we were being charged more than what we were told, and when we tried to fix the mistake we were ignored for a long while by the manager. It was a slow night. When she finally fixed the mistake we didn't even get an apology and when we asked to get signed proof of the voided wrong transaction the manager, Jessica, insulted us by calling us ridiculous; followed by an "I don't care if you never come here again." It was our first time there but are definitely never going back.
The food is just ok and my back hurt after sitting outside because they don't have back cushions on their chairs. Also, the manager, Jessica, dressed very unprofessionally, as if the only way she could make her tips was by showing some extra skin/cleavage.
