I payed 750 usd for an FS racing monster truck that I never receive!!! I payed 10th June 2009, and they told me that it was sent 17th June but I still havent got It 18th July!! Tried to send several E-mails without any feedback, they never pick up the phone either!!!:(
I have now open a dispute trough PayPal. Hope for the best, if not i am going to travel to Australia to met them face to face!!!!!

ordered a $600 engine from auctioncityaustralia.com on 27 March 2009. After the allocated 14 day waiting period it still had not arrived. After 6 WEEKS of trying to phone and email the company i am yet to be able to contact them or even get the ordered part..... I AM GETTING ANGRY AND DESPERATE!!!! Can someone please help me. I think the only solution is to fly interstate and actually see them face to face!

i have bought and paid for a exhaust for a 1/5 scal buggy from AUCTION CITY and have not received it, TRIED MANY EMAILS TO CONTACT THEM BUT IT JUST SAYS THERE EMAIL BOX IS FULL, ALSO TRIED TO RING CONTACT PHNE NUMBER AND PHONE JUST RINGS OUT. (SOME ONE HELP ME)

My parcel was apparently sent on the 20th of january. Its still has not arrived and today is the 5th of febuary. They willnot reply to emails nor answer the phone on the number provided. They wernt slow in taking my money..

I have returned a radio controlled 1/5 buggy for a refund but the company wont respond to any of my emails regarding the refund I have requested. Could you contact them or get me in touch with somebody who can??
