Austam (New South Wales, Australia)
We ordered a custom built house from Austam in Tamworth NSW. The house was not built properly with many mistakes. We complained but recieved no help. Instead they sent a "Damage Control" person round to see us and convice us that it was all our fault. We kept trying to get things fixed, we contacted the local council inspectors, but got no help. In the end the stress became too much, so we gave up.
