I had not dirven my car in a while, and I had the repair shop pick up my car first thing in the morining at like 8:30am. They said they would call me but never did. Finally at around 2pm I call them (seeing how they close at 5pm) and the guy gives me and attitude and says he does not know if he will be able to get to my car that day. He could have told me that all day long. Instead of letting me wait all day. And then get mad when I call to ask him about my car. He knew he had alot of work to do, the least he could have done was tell me that, so I could have decided weather or not to wait for them or to go some place else. I will never go there again. It was extreamly poor service. They are at: 1590 Blue Hill Avenue Mattapan, MA 02126 So If you see them dont go there, they are not upfront about things. And they dont call you either.
