Having purchased what I sincerely deem a faulty hardtop paklite suitcase from BAGS DIRECT,Montague Rd,WEST END,BRISBANE,and contacting them after having 2 locks break and having used on 1 flight,I contacted the shop where the purchase was made,the fellow(will not go as far as gentleman)was arrogant,obnoxious and rude with no customer skills!!I attempted to have the bag fixed through my own resources,and with no luck(no parts available)I returned with a credit note which he would not honour.Was also told warrenty not valid and yet had a 3 year warrenty.Not interested,basically dont waste my time was his attitude.So be very WARY if wanting to purchase from this outlet.I suggest LUGGAGE DIRECT,Montague Rd,WEST END,BRISBANE.Polite and helpful staff and as I found,satisfaction gaurenteed!!
