DO NOT SERVICE YOUR BMW WITH BMW CANTERBURY! Aside from doing work without your consent and charging for it (after sitting through 20 minutes of explination at drop off as to their process of calling you with a quote before doing work) they also failed to complete required work, and their "customer service" orientated resolution was to remove the work/parts done and replace with the old parts.. Another day in their shop! 1 month after service, my car was smoking from the engine and had to be towed to another service agent (the car is 4 years old and just out of warranty!) only to be told that whoever serviced it last put way too much oil in the oil tank and left the lid loose!!! Hence, I had oil leaking over the engine and hitting the exhaust causing it to smoke up the engine and cabin! I have never had to deal with 3 levels of management, including the "second in charge" and come to no real resolution and then have to deal with my car being in service 4 weeks later due to their negligence! This was very dissapointing and I have since shared my story with MANY people and heard BMW Canterbury horror stories from my accountant (who was treated horribly after taking a car he can well afford for a test drive only to be snickered at by a manager), several co-workers, the General Manager of a client company and family friends. Never again will we shop or service at BMW Canterbury! BEWARE!
