In November I purchased a digital camera and SanDisk memory card on-line from BUY.COM. The camera arrived in November, the memory card in Dec. In January it was discovered the MicroMate Reader that came with the memory card was defective. In contacting SanDisk I was informed they do not support their products when sold through BUY.COM. I have tried on numerous occassions to contact BUY.COM, however No response has been received. I would suggest not purchasing items from BUY.com if you may need to return for any reason as BUY.com appears to have a NO return policy.
