My Mother and I went to Bakers Square~We both ordered off of the breakfast menu and when the food was given to us~the toast was ice cold and NO butter....OK~If that is not bad enough my food is also cold and the bacon and sausage were RAW!!!!! As~I ordered a skillet breakfast and it came with 2 slices of bacon and 2 sausage links which I thought would be cooked~Silly Me..... So~I call the waitress over and she wants to know what I want her to do??!! UMM~tell them we want new toast and I want a new meal that is HOT and COOKED!!! She takes it back and says the manager is handling it..... I wait about 10~15 minutes and still no food...I tell another waitress to just cancel my order as now Mom is done..Now the manager comes over and asks me why I want to cancel as they now will have to waste 2 meals!! {This is MY problem how??!!} Then proceeds to tell me that my first order was NOT cold and that both the meats were done as they come in pre~cooked and if I wanted them brown I had to order it that way....He was calling me a LIAR!!!!! Never once did one of them say they were sorry or anything....Mom paid for her meal and we left...... I don't think that that this was handled in a very professional manner and I will NEVER return to that restaurant location again!
