In my experience and others, found this guy lies and hides mistakes and does work on the cheap. Used uncertified trades. Did not build to the highest standards and fell back onto the suitability clause when he maked mistakes. Supervised his own work - and would not publish where he or his business trades from. Why build with someone you can't find. Warranty - what the? Tried to do as much as he can himself and focused on saving himself money. Added on extra costs. Was not structured to do business with customers - I believe you are best to deal with proven long standing builders who have an office and staff you can deal with professionally.

This bloke is ridiculous. Thinks his better than anyone else, but his work quality is substandard. Talking to his subcontractors has revealed that he enjoys not paying them on time as well as docking there invoices by substantial amounts for his errors and not theres. we have found that he still passes the subbies full accounts on to the clients anyway.

This so called award winning builder advertises that he builds homes to perfection and the MBA support him. I believe that he has a misunderstanding of what quality and the building code is. I kept telling him about problems and he kept ignoring me and kept building. He has lied to us and others and charged extras at the end of the contract which were supposed to be included. He saves a dollar everywhere he can. He scratched all my windows because he saved $5 per window by not having them wrapped in plastic and now won't replace them. His wood floors lifted in two homes, the MPA had to come in and arrange to have a lot of work repainted for exampe he had diagonal brush marks on gloss doors, his painter made a lot of mistakes, his brick layer can't mix mortar with the right ratios and some was almost sand, his plumber went ahead and installed cheap plumbing which is not what was agreed with the Builder. I wouldn't let the Builder do anything as I don't trust him as he was so rough. He has now changed his web page perhaps to reduce litigation.
