Beach House Hotel (Scarness, Queensland, Australia)
We went to this resturant for lunch, an hour and a half after they took our order they said sorry, the waiter forgot to give the order to the kitchen staff, they said, they could only give us a pizza now, as the kitchen was closed, they were laughing and sniggering at us as we left. We went there again a month later, to give them the benefit of doubt, but we sat for forty-five minutes and didn't even get served this time at all, the staff were laughing at us as we just walked out the door. I will never go back again. We complained to staff and management, and they didn't care about the incident at all.
