We bought a new house and thought that we get some nice furniture. We shopped around and ended up at Beautiful Rooms in West Springfield, MA. Sales person we talk to I think his name was Gary promised delivery in 6 weeks. Now it has been 16 week and we have not seen our furniture. They have not called us to notify of the delay. I had to call them and every time I called they gave me a different date for delivery. I have asked if they can give me a discount since they did not deliver on time they declined. I am not sure about quality of their furniture since I am waiting for delivery. But if you shop there make sure you have delivery written on paper with penalties if it is late. I they will not do that shop somewhere else.
