Bing Lee (Australian Capital Territory, Australia)

Bought microwave about one and half month back but never used it as we were moving to new house. Starting using it just 2 weeks back and it has already stopped working. Called bing lee to see if they can replace it for us, as we hardly used it. Bing lee advised that they can't to much as we need to get it repaired from Sharp. It's now gone for 2weeks and sharp says it might take another 2 to 3 weeks. We are now without microwave for more than a month. Will never ever again buy something from bing lee. They r the worst people to deal with.

my family member went into bing lee haymarket upstairs the bloke told her it would be 20 dollars delivery since we are just outside the city ..so she goes downstairs and ask the other attendent how much to deliver a fridge he rudely said 40 dollars but she said other bloke said upstairs twenty dollars for any delivery since we are not far away from city ....he then told her to go eff (expletive) herself and walked off she walked outside upset by his arrogance..not caring if he was going to make a sale and bing lee is meant to be negotiable..my foot ...well you missed out on 1'200 dollars since we were looking for a new fridge ..if you dont enjoy the job your in why bother working there i hope you are happy..because now i will NEVER EVER set foot inside any bing lee ever again and this is why i have put this on the net so others will be warned and be abused by a staff member of bing lee ever again
