I bought some items from Blooming Marvellous earlier this year which never arrived. Multiple phone calls later and several emails (none of which were acknowledged or responded to)I got a partial refund.
Now when I phone up, they have no record of my name, my customer order number, my customer account number, they are apparently unable therefore to do anything further for me. I asked to be transferred to the accounts dept who presumably have a record of having taken money from me and of giving some back, but this is also impossible as "they don't have the number". Upon requesting to speak to a supervisor, one is not available but will phone me back - which of course did not happen.
I cannot recommend this company to anyone, sadly, as I used to order a lot from them.
